It didn't burn like it normally would have if he hadn't been used to it. The grey overo stallion had been in the lands for some time now, waiting for the one which owned it to come but they never did. He had waited to be told to leave or asked to join, but the time had never come. Laermeluion found his way out of the thick jungle where the high canopy's had covered the lands and provided a nice shady area for others to cool off from the warm sun which awaited him on the other side. Stepping out into the open landscape, his hooves left the soft sand mixed with dirt and landed upon the more sandy ground. His dual colored eyes looked out of the water as the sun was starting to set upon the hills in the distance. It was a beautiful time during the day and had become his favorite to roam along the shoreline. The way the sun high the water and the calming sound of the water, it was the perfect place to relax. Bringing himself to stand at the waters edge, he felt the luke warm water splash against his feet. A smile came to his lips as he thought of what he was going to do. It was time. Time to officially elect himself as the royal king of the light race. He had seen no one as of yet and hoped soon that would change. But he would claim these lands he stood on and provide a safe home for those who wished to join him in peace. With that decided, he lifted a hoof and struck it down powerfully, water splashing against his light colored pelt. "I, Laermeluion, do claim these lands as mine. They shall be called Tyriel and they will be home to all those of the Devine race which seek peace and protection." Satisfied with his claim, Laermeluion snorted softly and began walking along the shortline, calm and content with his new home and new role in life. im talking right now
